You may solve the problem by breaking the Converted fringe tower seal using these two objects.

Emote of erudition

You must first visit the Raya Lucaria Academy’s Debate Parlor. You must go directly from the Debate Parlor to the Raya Lucaria roofs, where you will find two sorcerers. You must kill them and then leap from the roof, where there will be a trail leading down a door. You have the ability to open that door. Another sorcerer kills him if you go straight from the rooftops. Continue on by jumping to another rooftop. There is a ladder leading up the building that you must ascend.

You will arrive at the spot shown in the photograph. You must continue straight and there is a ledge to your right, where you must drop down to the roofs and jump three times. There will be a ledge that you must descend to, which leads to a window. You must enter the window and cautiously proceed down the ledge. You must run to the Chandelier that contains the deceased corpse. You must take the item from the deceased corpse in order to get the Second Glintstone key.

Once, you’ve received the Academy Glintstone key. You need to go to the Church of Elleh. You need to talk to the Sorcerer Thops there and select the option about the Glimstone key. This will unlock a dialogue and you will get the reward of the Emote of erudition.

Glintstone Crown of Karalos

For the Glintstone Crown you need to go back to the Debate parlor, head straight out from the debate parlor and take a left from there and then take another left, and in the bushes, there will be a very rare turtle spawned that can be killed only once. You have to kill this rare turtle and you will get the Glintstone Crown of Karalos.

Putting the Pieces Together

To solve the puzzle, you need to head to the Converted Fringe tower located in the liurnia of the Lake. You need the items you found before Glintstone Crown and the Emote of erudition there.

Once, you’ve reached the Converted Fringe Tower. You need to make your way all the way up to the Fringe tower where there is a doorway that is sealed. You need to open that door seal. First, you need to wear the Glintstone Crown from your inventory. Then you’ve to stand in front of that door seal and you need to use the Emote of erudition while wearing the Glintstone Crown. This will unlock the Seal and solve the puzzle of the converted Fringe tower for you.

Reward

After you’ve freed the door seal, you’ll need to continue climbing the tower until you reach the top chamber. There will be a casket, which you must open in order to get the Cannon of Haima and the Haima Gavel.
