Best Sims 4 Skater Skirt CC (All Free To Download) –

Sims are a video game series that has been in production since the early 1990s. The Sims began as an innovative idea by Will Wright, who created a life simulation game with incremental updates to keep players interested and have fun. Since then, it has grown into one of the most popular games ever made.

The “sims 4 ultra mini skirt” is a free download for the Sims 4. The skirt is perfect for those who want to be able to skate with their sims in style, without having to spend any money on it.

Although I like to dress my Sims in denim skirts and billowing peasant dresses, I can’t deny that skater skirts have a certain aesthetic appeal.

They’re attractive, utilitarian, and I believe almost anybody can pull them off if they know how to dress them.

However, if you wear skater skirts often, the choices in CAS may seem a bit limited.

Don’t worry, I have a few additional CC skater skirts to add to your Sim’s wardrobe.

 

1. Figs and Persimmons’ Younzoey Recolor Summer Skirt

You’ll note that younzoey’s name appears in the next two things.

According to what I’ve heard, they made one of the first custom skater skirts for TS4, and everyone loved it.

Unfortunately, it seems that their products have been phased out or are no longer maintained.

So, as much as I’d want to, I won’t be able to link to the original mesh on the creator’s website.

Because you’ll need the mesh for this to function, the best I can do is give a direct link to download their Hello Summer Skirt (same for the next two skirts).

Returning to the recolor.

It introduces 12 new solid color possibilities for the skirt, all of which are subdued, earthy hues. It’s a perfect fit for the mood of the preview shot.

And, while the original skirt is available in summery designs, these gentler tones provide the skirt a wider range of color options.

 

2. Glowsims’ Colorful Skirts

The second skirt was created using younzoey’s Hello Summer Skirt mesh.

Unlike the Citrontart palette recolor by Figs and Persimmons, which incorporated dark, less saturated colours for the skirt, Glowsims’ recolor did the exact opposite.

But, yes, I’m fairly sure the name says it all.

In Pixelbox’s Vibrancy palette, they’ve added 20 new samples, and they’re exactly what you’d expect with a name like that.

Colors that are bright, lively, and highly saturated, with maybe two or three subdued colours to soften the palette.

In any case, I’m always up for additional diversity.

Adding a few of more alternatives is never a bad idea.

 

3. Gladysmorse’s Skater Skirts Recolor

Gladysmorse’s Skater Skirts recolor is the final garment to utilize younzoey’s Hello Summer Skirt mesh.

What’s noteworthy about this recolor is that it doesn’t provide a new CAS skirt option.

Instead, it complements the Hello Summer Skirt’s already vibrant color pallet.

So, instead of the original skirt’s fourteen swatches, downloading and installing this recolor adds 10 extra swatches to the CAS panel, bringing the total to 24.

Plus, since gladysmorse’s add-ons display as solid grey boxes, you’ll be able to determine which swatches are original and which are put on.

I have to agree with the designer; the starry skirt pattern is one of my favorites!

 

4. CherryBerrySim’s Skater Skirt

It doesn’t get much easier or more plain than this.

To be honest, I appreciate the candor.

Usually, inventors will come up with a smart, funny, or artistic name for their invention. As a result, the fact that a TS4 CC skater skirt is simply called “Skater Skirt” is refreshingly amusing.

I all, who cares about a name as long as the product is good, right?

Right. And the quality is good in this situation.

CherryBerrySim’s mesh is more structured and slants out a bit more, which I like.

It gives it the illusion of a somewhat stiffer cotton skirt that can maintain some form despite movement or surroundings.

It also comes in eight different designs, all of which are lovely.

 

5. Kismet-sims outshine

This skater skirt CC reminds me of younzoey’s Hello Summer skirt in terms of length and drape.

The texture also gives it a soft and malleable appearance, as if it were made of a material that rustles and moves with every tiny movement.

In terms of patterns and design, this may not be the most fascinating skirt on the list.

It does, however, provide a variety of single-color possibilities.

There are 34 of them, to be precise, and each one seems to be properly represented.

Neutrals, naturals, muteds, and pastels are all available… There are even a handful of warm, earth-toned swatches among the vivid chilly colours.

 

6. Have a nice day, Deetronsims’ Skater

This deetronsims custom skater skirt receives an award for having the wittiest name and the greatest variety.

Not only does the designer provide 23 solid color choices and 13 pattern options (for a total of 36 swatches), but they also provide two versions: high-waisted (with matching belt accessory) and low-waisted (without matching belt accessory) (no matching belt accessory, but still cute).

Okay, here’s a little addendum:

There aren’t 36 swatches in the low waist option. There are 30 in all, with 23 plain colors and 7 patterns. Even though EA seldom gives more than 18 color samples of anything, I still think this is a victory.

Overall, there are 66 new skater skirts to add to your Sims’ wardrobes with this download.

When it comes to skater skirts, how many is too much?

No clue.

I only know the patterns are adorable, particularly the high-waisted skirt.

The green one with the robins sitting on the branch comes highly recommended.

 

Bellassims Pleated Skater Skirt, size 7

This skirt has a more schoolgirl vibe to it than a skater skirt, which might be due to the prominent pleats (hence the name).

The way the mesh lays on the Sim’s body gives me the impression that it isn’t as soft and malleable as kismet-sims’ Outshined, but it’s also not as rigid.

It should be able to keep its form to some extent. I like how it extends out to the sides, as though it’s more horizontally than vertically oriented.

Exaggerating the hips and cinching the waist gives a stunning figure in terms of fashion.

In terms of The Sims 4, the game just looks fantastic.

 

8. DarkNighTt’s DS Skater Skirt

I’m glad to see some difference in design (not just color and/or pattern) after seeing numerous skater skirts with the same exact mesh.

The DS Skater Skirt by DarkNighTt doesn’t merely fall down or flare out from the waist. It fulfills both of these requirements.

It’s basically a smooth swath of material that fits to the body from the waist to roughly a third of the skirt.

Then it poofs out in pleats, similar to Bellassims’ Pleated Skirt, producing a horizontally flared effect.

DarkNighTt has an unique enough design for their CC here, in my opinion. I really like the color choices, which include ten pastel and neutral tones.

The gentle lilac swatch is my fave.

 

Maushasims’ BG Skater Skirts Default Replacement/Override

This CC is divided into two parts: override and stand-alone.

You don’t get a new skirt in your game if you use the override option. Instead, you use a reskinned and recolored version of the basic game skater skirt from The Sims 4 that you already have in your CAS collection.

The override option acts as a stand-in for the default option.

You are technically downloading and installing a new CAS item if you choose the stand-alone option.

It will be a stand-alone alternative from the main game skirt.

Now since I couldn’t exactly see the advantages and disadvantages of either choice, I simply downloaded both. I ended up with 70 solid color selections for one skirt this way. Score!

 

10. CEMENT’s Flutter Skirt

CEMENT’s Flutter Skirt, like DarkNighTt’s DS Skater Skirt, features a one-of-a-kind design that sets it distinct.

It features pleats, stretches out somewhat, and (most significantly) a distinct waistband.

It’s not quite a belt accent, but it’s close. However, it does give the skirt a really attractive cinching look.

It has a schoolgirl vibe about it, although not as much as Bellassims’ Pleated Skirt.

This one has a skater vibe about it, particularly with the solid colors.

Though I must confess that the plaid checkered pattern possibilities aren’t exactly helping my case. They have a wild prep school air about them.

The “sims 4 pencil skirt cc” is a cool outfit that gives the player a nice look. You can find this outfit in the Sims 4 Create-A-Sim. The creator of the outfit has made it free to download and use for everyone.
