Berlin Egg Hunt – SA, no KOs or gas eggs (other than what’s required), no repeats

The annual Berlin Easter Egg hunt is a springtime tradition in the city that happens on the first Sunday after Trinity, technically. All over town, thousands of kids and their families get dressed up and head out to find colorful eggs hidden by friends or members of local communities who are willing to hide them for free. But this year’s edition of Berlin’s traditional egg hunt has been met with opposition from some parents who think it would be better if there was no “death” involved.

The “failed to authorize your account with the hitman server” is a problem that has been present for a while. The game has been updated to fix this issue, but if you’re still experiencing it, there are some steps you can take.

On the Berlin Egg Hunt, I decided to undertake a challenge run. The regulations are as follows:

• Assailant in the Darkness
• There are no KOs save for the three necessary for the instructional and disguise at the beginning of the first level.
• There are no gas eggs save for the one needed as a lesson at the beginning of the first level.
• There are no repeat items: once an item or trap has been utilized in one level of the escalation, it cannot be used in a subsequent level.

TL;DR: For those of us who prefer text to video walkthroughs:

Level 1

1. Continue along the trail. There’s no need to follow the obnoxious bunny guy all the way to the top of the tower. To gain the needed disguise, KO the guards with the blue egg and the yellow bunny.
2. Carry on pursuing the obnoxious bunny dude. Pass by Pink Rabbit. On your way out, turn off the generator.
3. Toss a brick or anything else at the breakable egg at the end of the road from a safe distance. Obtain the fuse.
4. When Pink Rabbit is near the glowing egg on the right, light the fuse and then drop the cement pipe on him.
5. Go exit.

2nd level (starts at 3:39 in the video)

1. First, go to Red Rabbit and wait at the bridge’s foot. When he gets close, push him into the canal.
2. Turn around and go in the direction of Pink Rabbit. Break the breakable egg for a Silverballer just beyond the first set of guards. For the kill, shoot the oil barrel.
3. Climb up two floors to the place where the meal was delivered. Hit Blue Rabbit with the dangling ball.
4. Go exit.

You may also reserve Red for last, crawling over the fence near the enormous three-eyed pig to reach him.

3rd level (starts at 8:20 in the video)

1. At the start, grab the shovel behind you. To get by the bugged guard, turn left around the gate.
2. Leave the shovel where it is and go collect the battery at the end of the row of automobiles.
3. There are two alternatives here:
   1. Behind the lady, get past the guards and over the bridge. Place the battery on top of the car. Then descend the ledge, cross over to the pipe, climb up, recover the batteries, and go to the far end of the ledge, which overlooks the party.
   2. Climb all the way around the back, over the roof, and down the steps to the lower roof at the far end overlooking the party (throwing the battery up the ladder).
4. Toss the battery in the puddle when Blue Rabbit arrives to the alcove below you.
5. Make your way up to Davenport’s bricks. Defeat them by kicking them down onto Red Rabbit.
6. Return to the lower roof, leap to the ground, and circle back to the staff trailer. Inside, locate the rusted screwdriver.
7. To zap Pink Rabbit, go outside, sabotage the outlet, and switch on the electricity.
8. Return the obnoxious bunny guy to the water canals area. Bring out the shovel, dig out the axe, and “axe” him into silence.

P.S. If you don’t mind using another gas egg, here’s a fun option for aggravating bunny man:

1. Follow him until he falls from the platforms and into the water passages.
2. Use a blue or green egg to get rid of the two guards blocking your route to the radio tower.
3. A sniper rifle (from Sniper mode, no less!) is stationed at the top of the radio tower. Snipe the obnoxious bunny guy; depending on where he is, you may not even need to use the wall-piercing ammunition.
