The Lost Ark is an upcoming title from publisher, Square Enix. The game has a unique class system that allows players to choose their favorite archetype and develop them into the ultimate hero or villain with skill trees, equipment loadouts and more!
As we approach launch in February 2022, I wanted to take time out of my day (and virtual life) to make a comprehensive tier list for PvE & PvP classes so you can get excited before the release date.
The “lost ark class popularity” is a list of the most popular classes in PvE and PvP. The list was created by Lost Ark on February 22nd, 2022.

The most difficult choice in Lost Ark for most gamers is deciding which class to play. It’s understandable given the variety of fantastic classes available in the game.
There are presently 15 advanced classes to play in Lost Ark, each of which belongs to one of five general classes or branches.

Each character has its own set of abilities and playstyle, and with all classes in Lost Ark being more than playable thanks to excellent balance, there’s certain to be one that fits you.
However, there are times when you simply want to play one of the strongest classes, which is why we’ve put up this tier list.
We rate all classes in Lost Ark in this tier list based on how strong they are and how valuable they are to a team in a PvE context, as well as how well they perform in PvP.

Despite the fact that classes are classified in various tiers in the tier lists above, they are all quite similar in terms of strength and usefulness thanks to the creators’ careful balancing.
You are free to play whatever class you choose without fear. So, if one class’ playstyle appeals to you more than another, we advise you to choose that one.
In Lost Ark, the meta and how often a certain class is utilized varies frequently.
In the Korean version of Raiders of the Lost Ark, there have been multiple instances when a class that was previously underutilized and rated among the lowest suddenly became the most popular and one of the highest-ranked classes.
Lost Ark’s best DPS class
The aim is to deliver a lot of damage rapidly in many circumstances in Lost Ark, but it isn’t the complete tale.
It’s tough to determine which class in the game delivers the most damage. For starters, many of them are quite similar in terms of damage output, and secondly, it depends on the boss encounter or the foes you’re up against.
Furthermore, someone who plays a class that does less damage on paper may inflict much more damage than someone who plays the class that does the most damage on paper, since the first moves better, avoids more hits, and has greater rotation control.
If, on the other hand, your purpose is to do as much harm as possible? Then choose one of the following Lost Ark courses, since they’ll offer you the best chance of succeeding.
Gunslinger

The Gunslinger advanced class is a ranged DPS with a strong damage output and protections that match that output.
To stay alive when playing the Gunslinger class, you must remain aware of your surroundings and dodge deadly boss strikes.
In a test conducted by JiuDau, one of Korea’s finest Lost Ark gamers, Gunslinger came out on top.
In a real-world boss encounter, however, achieving that amount of damage output would be challenging.
The ability to switch between Handgun, Shotgun, and Rifle, each of which has its own set of abilities, gives the Gunslinger a wide range of playstyle options.
If you like firing strong powers while quickly maneuvering around your targets, Gunslinger is the game for you!
Berserker

Berserker is a high-level class that everyone can comprehend and support.
This class will provide you with plenty of excitement as the Lost Ark’s rampage-fighter wielding a gigantic sword to murder adversaries.
For many gamers, playing the Berserker class has a distinct advantage: you have incredible damage while still having excellent defenses.
You’ll have lots of defenses to support you along the road, even if you’re a melee DPS class that’s right on top of adversaries.
Check out the Berserker class if you like big, blazing sword blows and a lot of action!
Sorceress

The advanced Sorceress class is the typical mage you’re familiar with.
When you play as a Sorceress, you may anticipate massive elemental abilities and spells.
When playing this class, the range, crowd control, and usefulness of its talents provide you a lot of control, and the damage is also rather high.
Your dodge move is a fast teleport that gets you out of the line of oncoming attacks swiftly.
Do you want to unleash massive, powerful spells from afar? Sorceress is the way to go.
The best tank class in Raiders of the Lost Ark
Though tanking in the sense of other MMORPGs does not exist in Lost Ark, there are certain classes that are tankier than others.
You won’t have someone taking aggro from the monster as you would in World of Warcraft while battling bosses in a raid in Lost Ark.
Instead, everyone must evade incoming strikes from wherever they are. The tankier classes can just cope with not having to evade as many.
That said, if you’re looking for a tanky class to play in Raiders of the Lost Ark, this is your best chance!
Gunlancer

With a shield and a large weapon that serves as both a gun and a lancer, the Gunlancer advanced class roams the universe.
Despite the fact that several of your talents make use of the gun section of your weapon, all of your assaults are close-range, which the Gunlancer can withstand because to its formidable protections.
You have a lot of control as a Gunlancer, with crowd control abilities like the Hook Chain, which drags foes in close, and protective mode for you or your friends through the class’ identity talent.
Your teammates will appreciate the usefulness you offer to a fight, in addition to being a terrific class to play for yourself.

Bard

You won’t feel like a helper who can’t protect himself if you play the Bard class. You have a plethora of potent strikes at your disposal.
Many of the Bard’s spells inflict AoE damage over a vast area while also improving metrics like attack speed for your friends, making the class popular in raids and dungeons.
In addition to AoE and buffs, Bard possesses a number of crowd control abilities that are useful in both PvE and PvP.
Check out the Bard advanced class if you want to play a class that includes a little bit of everything while still being a full-fledged support.
Paladin

The advanced class Paladin is a tankier support option, holding a powerful sword and possessing abilities that indicate the Paladin is a Warrior.
Paladin may be used as a DPS or support class, however the support build is significantly better to the DPS version, particularly late in the game. Paladins are generally often used as support in raids and dungeons.
When you play Paladin as a support, you’ll want to concentrate on the yellow talents, which empower and heal your friends.

Lost Ark has done an incredible job of balancing the courses and making each one seem natural, ensuring that no class feels out of reach.
The classes mentioned above are merely suggestions for classes with a good overall kit that any new player would like, and many will recognize from past MMORPGs.
We suggest generating all five overall classes on a server you won’t be playing on and then utilizing the Class Tester to get some additional hands-on experience with how a class feels.
