  • It’s a pain not to be able to auto attack anything when you’re even near to a building, particularly since the hero’s attack range is lower than typical until level 13. Ring of the Leech is outclassed by the other level 4 talents on a regular basis; it would be excellent if the talent was more competitive.
• Winter’s Reach, Jaina’s level 1 skill, has an added functionality: If FrostBolt covers at least 70% of its maximum distance, it delivers an extra 20% damage.
• Consume Souls, Mephisto’s level 10 skill, has the following extra functionality: When cast, impose a 50% healing decrease to all enemy heroes for 4 seconds.
  • Mephisto has a wonderful niche as one of the best dps selections for a double healer, so I believe it’d be a good idea to capitalize on that and offer players more reasons to choose this ultimate.
• Additional functionality of BrightWing’s level 1 skill, Sticky Flare: Increases the radius of Arcane Flare’s center circle by 50%.
  • Creates a Q/poly construction route (s)
  • With the Z / Cleanse pathways, it’s a bit more consistent and competitive.
• Emerald Dream, Malfurion’s level 1 skill, has been replaced with a new level 1 talent: For 3 seconds, rooted foes suffer a 50% decrease in healing, and striking enemy heroes with Moonfire increases the duration by 1 second.
• The functionality of Malfurion’s level 20 skill, Lunar Shower, has changed: Moonfire now delivers extra damage equal to 10% of Malfurion’s current mana. Moonfire recharges at a rate of 75 percent quicker when its maximum mana is over 75 percent.
  • High level players should almost always select Emerald Dream unless the numbers on the other Malf level 1’s are superrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I propose that the healing decrease root be reinstated, but with a higher return for competent players.
  • Malfurion currently has an odd build route where he can stack mana but the build seems to have no reward, so I propose this Lunar Shower tweak to make that path more interesting and maybe entice a few more people to consider it as a fun alternative.
• Maraad’s Insight, Yrel’s level 1 skill, may now store two charges.
  • This ability needs you to strike a hero in order to proc, and there are instances when you just cannot weave in an auto attack between your abilities efficiently, resulting in several procs being squandered.
• Chain Lightning is a new level 1 skill for Thrall that marks afflicted opponents for 4 seconds. Thrall’s basic strikes do 100 damage to the designated targets in a small radius surrounding them.
  • To compete with current offlaners, this hero urgently needs a wave clear option.
• Dva’s level 1 skill Liquid Cooling has an extra functionality: Dva’s auto attacks do an additional 20% damage when under the influence of a regen globe or healing fountain.
  • This offers a nice minigame for dva players, since they can always have a bit more waveclear if they keep up their regen globe effects. Because this skill competes with Full Metal, you don’t have to be concerned about it boosting her sustain.
